Every bag carries its roast date, its origin and the grind it was cut for. Leaf tea is sold by the harvest rather than the blend name, so the same tea tastes the same the second time you order it.
A roast date on every bag
Not a best before, which can sit two years out and tells you nothing. The date the beans came off the roaster is printed on the bag, and we stop selling a lot once it is past its window rather than discounting it.
Ground for the brewer you own
Choose the grind at checkout and it is cut on the day it ships, for filter, espresso, moka or press. Whole bean is the default, because a grind starts losing what you paid for within the hour.
Leaf tea by the harvest
Each tea names its garden, its picking and the year, with the water temperature and steep time it was actually tasted at. Blends are listed by what is in them, in order, rather than by a mood.
Everything is packed and shipped by us from our own packing room in the United States, usually within one business day, in recyclable packaging. We sell direct to customers only. There are no subscriptions and no memberships.
